Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus we have had to send a number of our staff home in accordance with Government advice. To ensure business continuity our lawyers are continuing to work from home and can be reached via their usual email address or direct dial telephone number.
Please be assured that during this time, where possible, your matter is still being worked on and progressed, and our lawyers are still contactable. Several law firms have closed down entirely however, and so it may not be possible to progress a matter where the representative for any other party is absent. If we know this to be the case, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
Please note that we can accept new instructions via email and telephone.
Following Government advice, our Thorne Road office will be open on an appointment only basis. If you wish to make an appointment, please telephone 01302 341414.
If you have an appointment booked, upon arrival please telephone the number above and a member of staff will allow you access to the building. Please do not arrive prior to your stated appointment time as you will not be permitted access.
We are supporting the NHS Test & Trace service and anyone attending our offices will be required to provide their name and contact details prior to arrival.
Please note in accordance with current Government guidelines, if you are a client attending our office for an appointment, you will be required to wear a face covering. For your safety, we also have protective screens in place.

Skype and Telephone meetings
In order to ensure that our business can continue during the periods of self-isolation and social distancing we have decided that we will try, where possible, to accommodate all requests for appointments via telephone - be this phone, Facetime or Skype calls.
In order to better follow Government advice on contact and social distancing, it will be necessary for us to undertake online Identification Verification in place of handing your original ID documentation. We remain obligated to carry out due diligence checks against all clients. In the current climate, we intend to accept copies of your identification, (from your smartphone, email etc), and to verify these with the electronic searches. This will incur a fee of £5 per client.
For the safety of our staff, the drop-in sessions which we run on weekdays at 11 - 17 Kings Ave, New Rossington, Doncaster, DN11 OPG are not offering a face to face meeting. However, our staff are still more than happy to help with your queries over the telephone.
