Mental Health Awareness Week is an opportunity to focus on trying to achieve, and maintain, good mental health. It goes without saying that the last year has created many challenges to individuals and businesses, both physically and mentally.
Each year, The Mental Health Foundation selects a theme for the week. This year’s theme is nature. Nature is particularly important, more so now than ever with daily walks proving vital for the UK’s mental health during the lockdowns.
