The successful candidate must have at least 2 years minimum legal experience, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Strong IT skills and familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel are also required.

Duties may include but are not limited to: -

  • Supervision of apprentice staff
  • Deal with confidential matters
  • Dealing with internal and external enquiries
  • Processing incoming/outgoing post
  • Assisting reception staff when required
  • Processing archive requests
  • Filing, scanning, copying and document management
  • General day to day administration duties
  • Prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Any other tasks delegated by Management
