Stacey Blackett

I am Doncaster born and bred.  I started working from leaving school at the age of 16 years old.  I have worked in law since then gaining 20 years experience!  I have done work for many departments over the years but have primarily been working in the family department until recently.  Over the last couple of years I have been volunteering at my local school, on my days off from work, to listen to the children read. I live with my husband and 2 young children.

What is your job at Taylor Bracewell?

I am a secretary within the Dispute Resolution team.

Why did you decide to join Taylor Bracewell?

I joined Taylor Bracewell, again, after 4 years with another firm where I did family work.  I came back to Taylor Bracewell with an open mind to try something new.  The best thing about working at Taylor Bracewell is the friendly team of people.

What you enjoy outside of work?

I have 2 young children who keep me on my toes.  We enjoy days out and going on holidays exploring new areas of the UK!  I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.  I also enjoy reading the odd good book.
