Core Values

Our core values are essential to the firm, each year we hold a company-wide forum to decide what our core values will be going into the new year. Each employee has to agree to the values, and this is a way we look at the way we do business. Our core values are they to help clients understand a little about the mentality of the firm and for our staff as a reminder of what is important to the firm.

Human

With the ever-growing presence of online and over the phone legal services the industry has become faceless. It is our belief however that clients should be able to meet the person dealing with their issues face to face. It is important for us to meet our clients and develop a working relationship so that we can get a better understanding of their needs. 

Innovative

We want our firm at the front of the line, we are always looking for ways to help our clients and staff so that our work can be done more efficiently. We recently became an Alternative business structure (ABS) which allows non-lawyer employees to become a partner in the firm.  

Open Minded

We encourage our solicitors to ‘think outside the box’ when dealing with the law, it is imperative to have an open mind about all the options available. In the past, we have found ourselves dealing with clients who have come to us as a last resort after being turned down by other firms. We believe in our clients and love the challenge of finding a way to help our clients when everyone else has given up.
