What is your job at Taylor Bracewell?

I am a solicitor within the Commercial Property department dealing with purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold land; landlord and tenant matters, including but not limited to, drafting leases, assignments and renewals; secured lending acting on behalf of borrowers and lenders, third party/director guarantees and first registration applications.

Why did you decide to join Taylor Bracewell?

I joined Taylor Bracewell in September 2025 as it is very well regarded and one of the forward thinking law firms within the region.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends.
