- As part of this package, we will also provide you with an advisory letter, that includes guidance on how to undertake the consultation where twenty or more employees are affected.
Standard Redundancy Package: £500plus VAT
- The Standard Package includes the necessary template letter required for a simple redundancy procedure, accompanied by a letter of guidance which sets out how and when to use each letter.
- The package is designed to assist those with some HR and employment law experience and have confidence that their letters are compliant with current legislation.
Plus Redundancy Package: £800plus VAT
- The Plus Redundancy Package provides you with the Standard Redundancy Package documents, with an initial meeting where we will discuss your specific redundancy situation and advise you on how to make the most out of the documents.
- Following the meeting you will receive a letter confirming your instructions, providing legal advice, and guiding you on your future options, tailored to your specific needs and aspirations.
