Alison is Head of our Commercial Property Department.

Alison has an enviable wealth of experience and cool, calm professionalism to our Business Team. Having specialised in Commercial Property for more than 25 years, Alison’s level of expertise is hard to rival. On qualifying as a Solicitor in 1992, Alison worked for a large national firm in Leeds before moving to a well known city firm in Hull.

She has over 26 years experience in Commercial Property Matters and advising clients on a variety of matters including the sale and purchase of commercial properties, business leases, development site sales and purchases and secured lending transactions.
