Stalking & Harassment | Domestic Abuse Awareness Month

It is important to recognise that domestic abuse impacts millions of people. It is not only women that are victims but many men suffer from domestic abuse as well.
Domestic Abuse Awareness Month is designed to represent all the victims of domestic violence.

One form of domestic violence is stalking and harassment which can happen to anyone. It can lead you to feel vulnerable, frightened and scared to leave your home. Stalking is considered as something constantly happening, including unwanted contact in person, online or by phone. Although sometimes the actions may seem insignificant, they will often lead to a pattern of behaviour over a period of time. This can be distressing.

Stalking is a criminal offence and you should seek help from the police as soon as possible who will take it seriously.
