Taylor Bracewell
Here at Taylor Bracewell we are pleased to advise that we can offer representation in any injury claim under the terms of a no-win no-fee conditional fee agreement.
However, before we can consider being able to offer that type of agreement we have to ensure that any and all alternative methods of funding your claim have been identified to establish if those methods of funding are suitable for you. The suitability of existing insurance is dependent on your own decision.
Here at Taylor Bracewell the no-win no-fee conditional fee agreement we offer, we are satisfied that it is truly compliant with all rules and regulations that are applicable to these types of agreements and that your best interests are served for you. It’s important to realize that the no-win no-fee conditional fee agreement covers the work that we do as your solicitor, if you do not win your claim you don’t pay the penny. If you win your claim your maximum liability to us for the work that we do on your behalf is never any more than 25% of what we recover for you in damages. This highlights why we are so passionate about maximizing the damages that we recover on your behalf.
The no win no fee agreement does not cover the costs of independent experts that will be necessary to pursue your claim, equally the no win no fee agreement does not cover court fees that may be payable to issue your claim. Often that is an understandable worry for people in bringing a claim but rest assured we can take steps to ensure that costs and expenses that are not covered by our no win no fee conditional fee agreement are covered by either insurance that you may already have or we can obtain after the event insurance on your behalf to cover those costs so that you are then able to make a claim with us without worry of expense.
