The Property Alert System is free and easy-to-use service that allows the monitoring of property that is registered with HM Land Registry. This enables owners to monitor activity with their provided and alerts are provided should there be any attempts to amend the title deeds.

Restrictions
A restriction placed on the register can be beneficial in situations where the owner does not reside at the property. The purpose of a restriction is to make it clear that a prior condition must be met before any disposition can be registered.
The restriction can include a requirement that a certificate is required to be signed and supplied by you or your conveyancer to consent to the disposition of the land.
