Andrew Smith

Andrew brings over 15 years’ experience in residential property conveyancing to Taylor Bracewell.

He joined Atteys solicitors in a junior role as soon as he finished school, then moved into residential conveyancing. When Atteys closed its doors in March 2013, Andrew joined Malcolm C Foy. “Having worked with Andrew at Atteys, I am delighted he has joined our team,” says Mark Walton, Head of Residential Conveyancing. “He has already built up an excellent reputation in the area and I know that our clients will love him”.

Andrew is married with two young daughters and enjoys watching Football and Darts.

-Conveyancing.

The number of years I have worked in this field…
-I have been a fee earner for over 15 years.  Before becoming a fee earner I worked the completions department dealing with completions and post-completion formalities.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?
-Helping clients through the challenges/stresses of a conveyancing transaction.

The best part of working for Taylor Bracewell is….
-Working in such a relaxed and informal atmosphere.  All of my work colleagues are a great bunch to work with.

Outside of work I Enjoy…
-Watching football and darts.  Spending time with both my family and friends.  Going to the caravan on a weekend.
