A cyclist was involved in an accident with a car that failed to stop at the scene.
What?
A cyclist was hit from behind whilst making a right turn and the defendant’s car failed to stop. Witnesses managed to get the vehicles details.
He suffered from neck pain, knee pain and travel anxiety as a result of the crash.
He received an £8,000 settlement, which covered his cost of pain, loss, suffering caused by the crash, psychological injuries and the replacement of his bike.

The cyclist was making a right turn when the car behind failed to give way.
