What is a Trust and how can I get one?

A Trust can be created in a Will. In your Will, if you’ve decided to include a Trust, the Trust wording is in the Will and that’s what we call a Will Trust.

You can create a Trust during your lifetime completely separate from a Will. If you have assets that you wanted to be placed in Trust before you die then you could you can create a Trust separately during your lifetime by preparing a Trust Deed to do that.
