Family court fees are on the increase

The fees for many family court applications have been in place for a number of years. From 30^th September 2021 they will increase as follows:

Divorce fee: current fee £550   New fee: £593.

Children arrangements order: current fee £215   New fee: £232

Consent order fee: current fee £50  New Fee £53.

Financial application: current fee £255  new fee £275
