Changes to Family Court Fees - Taylor Bracewell

Most Family court fees will increase from the 13th July 2026. It is still possible to claim a fee remission where financial circumstances allow by completing an online form EX160. Here are the main increases:

Filing an application for a divorce or civil partnership dissolution:

Currently: £612.00 New fee: £628.00

Child arrangements order application for children:

Currently: £263.00 New fee: £270.00

Application without notice:

Currently: £60.00 New fee: £62.00

Application on notice:

Currently: £190.00 New fee: £195.00

Application for financial order in divorce:

Currently: £313.00 New fee: £321.00
