Who?
A husband passed away in 2013 and planned to leave his business to his wife and everything else to his children.
What?
A man made his Will in 1990, this included leaving his business to his wife and all of his other assets to his children. In 2012 he sold his business for £2 million but did not update his Will. When he died in 2013 his wife did not receive anything because he’d only left her the named business, which had been sold.
How?
