How much compensation will I get for a car accident?

Compensation differs widely for everybody and the reason for that is the different types of compensation that are available to everybody.

Firstly, when anybody has an injury they’re entitled to claim what’s known as general damages. General damages are damages that are available to the public in general for the injury that they have sustained that injury is for pain, suffering and loss of amenity. In addition to general damages, every individual is entitled to claim what’s called special damages. Special damages are unique to you those damages are any and all expenditures that you have lost or you’ve paid out because of your accident or your injury.
